Cat Doss and her new addition
For long time readers of the Los Angeles Post-Examiner, you may remember our arts columnist Cat Doss. she brought us the arts from up and down the coast, between Malibu and San Diego.
A little over a year ago she disappeared from our digital pages. She had a lot going on at the time, including a YouTube channel where she and a friend reviewed movies. It was usually pretty funny.
Cat replied to a few messages, but didn’t give many details, promising to one day return to the LAPX. As it so happens Cat sent an email promising to return in a week with a new column. And she explained Why she had been absent from this site for so long.
Meet Graysen Charles, born on June 18. Congratulations to Cat and welcome to the world, Graysen.
With good parenting and some luck he’ll grow up to be a fine young man … or he could become a writer.

We are not the typical news website – nor do we wish to be. We will be offering more than news and blogs, but an opportunity for fiction writers, poets, comedians and musicians to showcase their talent and skills. Much like when the Beatles formed Apple Corps Ltd, they opened the door to all kinds of inspiring talent that never really got a shot. From that came the likes of James Taylor and others. We hope by providing a similar approach we can shine the light on some tremendous undiscovered talent and at the same time offer some familiar voices who live in Los Angeles and beyond.
