Chargers Fanfest at Qualcomm Stadium free including parking
The Chargers are inviting all fans to Fanfest (presented by Bud Light) at Qualcomm Stadium, this Saturday, August 6. Great news for fans: admission and parking is free.
Fans can enjoy the Chargers first visit to their home field in 2016 and have the opportunity to see the team work out and mingle with the players, coaches and Chargers Girls. They will have the opportunity to get autographs and selfies with the players as well.
The parking lots will open at 9 a.m. and the stadium gates will open at 9:30 a.m.
The Chargers Girls will take the field at 10:15 a.m. After them the team will take the field for a full pads practice. Philip Rivers, Antonio Gates, Keenan Allen, Jason Verrett, Melvin Gordon, Branden Oliver, Manti Te’o and the rest of the team will be there for the fans.
Former Chargers Luis Castillo, Stephen Cooper, Raylee Johnson, Darren Carrington, Billy Ray Smith and Ed White will be there as well.
Fans will also be able to see the seats available for season tickets that are tagged for the annual Select-a-Seat Day. Fans who become Season Ticket Members will receive a free Chargers replica micro-helmet and 2016 Chargers Yearbook (one per account). Single-game tickets to all 10 home games also will be on sale.
Here’s some really good news: hot dogs and soft drinks will be available for just $2.00 a piece. A family of four can gorge themselves for under $20.00. All the newest Chargers apparel will be available at the Chargers team store by Gate G. Any fan who spends at least $50 will get a Chargers 2016 yearbook as a gift.

We are not the typical news website – nor do we wish to be. We will be offering more than news and blogs, but an opportunity for fiction writers, poets, comedians and musicians to showcase their talent and skills. Much like when the Beatles formed Apple Corps Ltd, they opened the door to all kinds of inspiring talent that never really got a shot. From that came the likes of James Taylor and others. We hope by providing a similar approach we can shine the light on some tremendous undiscovered talent and at the same time offer some familiar voices who live in Los Angeles and beyond.
