She’s young and beautiful, running away
She’s coming back but not today
She’s looking for love, chasing clarity
She’s fighting the power, challenging gravity
And somewhere along the line
As she runs in and out of time
She will find her chosen border
Even as her generation hides in corners
Fearless and able, she’s jumping with her eyes closed
Blossoming open like a wild rose
