Rams hold press conference
Friday was a big day for football fans in Los Angeles — the Rams are back! Earlier this week the NFL voted to let the Rams and San Diego Chargers move to Los Angeles, if they were to share the same stadium.

The Chargers haven’t decided to move yet, but the Rams are here and they held a press conference frday at the Fabulous Forum in Inglewood, close to the site where the new stadium is due to be built.
There were a lot of fans with the media, as Rams management, coach and former players spoke to the press and the public. That included the project manager Gerard McCallum, the mayor of Inglewood, James T. Butts, Jr, and Rams owner Stan Kroenke, who got emotional when he spoke to the crowd assembled in the forum.
Head coach Jeff Fisher spoke to the press about growing up as an L.A. Rams fan in the San Fernando Valley, going to his first Rams game at the L.A. Coliseum with his father.

Fisher also has the distinction of coaching the Oilers when they moved from Houston to Nashville to become the Tennessee Titans, so he has some experience with the logistics of moving a professional sports team across the country.
Fisher’s message to the fans, “Just wait, we’re going to have a good football team. I can’t wait until September.”

Los Angeles Post-Examiner is not the typical news platform. We go beyond headlines, creating a space for fiction writers, poets, comedians and musicians to share their talent and be discovered. Inspired by the Beatles’ vision behind Apple Corps Ltd, they opened the door to all kinds of inspiring talent that never really got a shot. From that came the likes of James Taylor and many others. By providing a similar approach we can shine the light on some tremendous undiscovered talent and at the same time offer some familiar voices who live in Los Angeles and beyond.
