Sheena Metal celebrates 22 years in radio with a star-studded party
Hollywood’s legendary venue, the Hollywood Improv on Melrose Avenue was jumping with excitement Sunday night as Sheena Metal celebrated her 22nd year as a radio broadcaster in Los California. Sheena is the granddaughter of famed child psychologist and author Martha May Reynolds Sherwin. Her radio career includes a stint with KLSX 97.1 FM doing five distinct shows at the peak of that stations “Shock Jock” genre. But Sheena soon began to be known as “The Queen of Observation” and so separated herself from the world of shock.

Currently Sheena hosts a fun, witty and charming daily talk show known as: “Sheena Metal Experience” on L.A. Talk Radio which you may hear by clicking this link. Her show “Sheena Metal Experience” is broadcast each weekday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and every Wednesday Sheena also hosts “The Music Highway” from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. which is heard on over 2400 affiliates worldwide and has an audience in excess of 124 million listeners globally. Sheena is also a noted syndicated columnist and comedian. But Sunday night it was all about her long and illustrious radio-broadcasting career.
Some of the many celebrities to salute Sheena Metal for her broadcast accomplishments include Ilene Graff (“Mr. Belvedere”), Paul Dooley (“Breaking Away”), Gedde Watanabe (“Sixteen Candles”), Adrian Paul (“Highlander”), Scott Schwartz (“A Christmas Story”), Radames Pera (“Kung Fu”) Randy Jones (“The Village People”), Erika Ervin (“American Horror Story”). Also on hand was the amazing Kat Kramer daughter of the legendary filmmaker Stanley Kramer.
One very interesting man to join in the celebration was David Ganon the founder of elitá hair care products. Only about four years old the all-natural all American made elitá hair care products are taking Hollywood by storm with many super celebrities raving about elitá. It is a very rare thing to see a hair care manufacture walk the red carpet; that speaks to the true power of elitá.

It was, of course, a truly great celebration with much of it broadcast live on L.A. Talk Radio. If you weren’t there you can still enjoy the show very soon as it is posted in the archives of “The Sheena Metal Experience” at this web address: http://latalkradio.com/content/sheena-metal-experience
Congratulations Sheena Metal on a star studded radio career spanning over two decades. May you enjoy many more as you keep our world informed and laughing.
